Jurgen Klopp's praise for Southampton


Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, gave praise to Southampton. Despite losing, Klopp acknowledged that Soton had provided persistent resistance to his foster children.

Liverpool beat Soton in the second week of the Premier League match, Saturday (08/17/2019) night hrs. In the match at St Marry Stadium, Liverpool won with a score of 1-2.

Sadio Mane scored in the 45 + 1 minute to put Liverpool 0-1 up. Then, in the 71st minute, Roberto Firmino made the score 0-2. Soton minimizes the defeat of Danny Ings's goal.

Southampton Praised by Jurgen Klopp
According to Jurgen Klopp, the Southampton players have played very well. Rakp Hasenhuttl's foster children made a strong defense. They are also quite sharp when attacking.

"Southampton is a good team. They defend well, counterattack well, their game organization is also good," Jurgen Klopp was quoted as saying by Sportsmole.
